Refund policy
Returns: No longer needing purchased items? Please reach out to seller to discuss return of unused and unopened items within 14 days from purchase. All items must be in new condition and refund will be given upon return of items for inspection. If all items within order have not been returned only the items that were sent back for refund will be reviewed for refund. Return shipping will be up to buyers responsibility to cover.
Refunds: Refunds are only avail for returns on new unopened items and or damaged goods. Please reach out to us with photos of any damage on items received due to shipping.
Cancellations: All cancellation on orders have to be done within 5 hours of placing your order. If the item has already been packaged and shipped then this would fall under the returns section of our policies for review.
Damaged Goods: Accidents happen within transit and for that we are sorry in advance when these situations happen. Please reach out to us in the event something did happen to your order that caused the inside contents to be damaged. Please provide photo evidence and photos of the damaged items so we can evaluate what is the best course of action we need to take as a company in order to replace or refund damaged items.
