Shipping policy

Currently our shipping hours are on a Monday through Friday basis from 12pm - 3pm. Any order placed over the weekend will be shipped out the following business days. Our Staff thinks family is important so we do not package, rush orders, or ship on any Holidays. 

Holiday shipping: Be prepared due to the high flux of Holiday shoppers during Holiday season shipping delays can and will happen. Unfortunately this is out of our control and there will be no refunds on late packages unless items are truly lost in transit. 

Correct Shipping information: Please make sure all your check out information is accurate and correct for shipping prior to check out. This ensures that everything arrives smoothly without hiccups and delays. If items happen to get shipped to wrong address it is up to the buyer to try and retrieve order, file a shipping dispute through carrier, and or place and pay for a new order to be shipped.
