DIRECTIONS FOR COLORING EPOXY

Make sure the type of Epoxy you are using is compatible with Mica Powder. Mix the Epoxy according to the directions that came with it. Add our Mica "a pinch at a time" and work up to the color intensity desired. We recommend creating small test mixtures before doing a large batch so you don't waste materials.

DIRECTIONS FOR COLORING CANDLES

Using your favorite wax candle-making materials, begin the candle-making process. After the wax flakes have been added to the final container and are melted add the Mica Powder to your candles. Please pay attention to the ratio of wax flakes to mica powder.

WHAT YOU MUST KNOW

Since some pigments are denser than others, so some jars may appear to have lower volumes. We carefully weigh every bottle to ensure that each one has as close to equal amounts of mica powder as possible. Some heavier pigments will take up more space than others while still having the same weight. Also, please do keep in mind that the powders can also settle over time and appear to have lower volumes.
